Trilogy Communications Quality Policy


The quality policy of Trilogy Communications is to provide and maintain a Quality Management System to match the needs of its business for the benefit of both the organisation and its Customers by:

Enabling the organisation to deliver products and services, in an efficient and effective manner, that give a consistently high level of Customer Satisfaction.

The Management and employees are committed to complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and the Quality Management System (QMS). They will ensure that the effectiveness of the QMS is continually improved.

Senior Management within the company have developed a framework to identify and establish the organisation’s Quality Objectives and to facilitate their periodic review.

The means by which this policy and the Quality Management System are communicated to and understood by all personnel within the organisation is established and will be monitored by each department manager.

This policy will be subject to periodic review to ensure its continued suitability.
